The Leasing position is responsible for managing and promoting the community's occupancy and rental income. They work closely with property management individuals to oversee tenant improvement construction, coordinate community events, and maintain contact with locator services and local businesses. They also create marketing plans and assist with coordination and planning of resident events. They manage, design, create content, and monitor the company's SEO and Social Media in order to increase the community's occupancy through brand awareness, touring prospective candidates and improving marketing efforts. Job Description Experienced, passionate and creative leasing, marketing and social media director responsible for leasing up the community and providing content for our social media to further generate leads for the community in order to increase our occupancy and online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Leasing Director will work closely with the Move-in Coordinator and Executive Director to generate new rentals and build the community's occupancy.
