Job Title: Business Development Executive - BPO Services Location: Preference for Chicagoland area (Remote candidates considered) Company: Sphere Assist, a Med-Call Healthcare Company Overview: Sphere Assist, a newly launched BPO division of Med-Call Healthcare, delivers outsourced services to primarily entities and organizations in the healthcare sector. Our offerings include recruitment and sourcing, HR and onboarding, credentialing, financial services (bookkeeping, accounting, billing, AR, payroll), digital marketing and branding, patient engagement, and patient scheduling/EMR management. We are seeking an experienced business development leader to grow our client base, focusing primarily on healthcare, while expanding into legal and financial markets as well. The role involves full-cycle sales, pricing strategy, and client onboarding. The candidate will work closely with internal marketing, sourcing, and delivery teams and may eventually manage a growing sales team. Experience with project implementation and offshore delivery teams is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new clients across primarily the healthcare sector (small, mid-sized, and enterprise level). * Lead sales efforts from prospecting through close, including solution and pricing strategy. * Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, discovery, and program implementation. * Leverage existing lead generation, sourcing, and recruitment infrastructure to support target and client delivery. * Track performance in CRM (Bullhorn) and use engagement tools (Sense) to manage relationships * Represent Sphere Assist at industry events and contribute to revenue forecasting and strategic growth plans * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as the team expands Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in BPO, healthcare services, or consulting * Proven success selling BPO or outsourced services * Familiarity with key service lines: recruitment, credentialing, HR, financial operations, EMR management, and digital marketing * Strong knowledge of project management workflows for client program implementation * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred) * Experience with CRM and project/task management software platforms is a plus, but not required. * Prior healthcare consulting or B2B experience is preferred.
