Burlington CDJR, a leading automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of various CDJR models. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Achieve individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service. * Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and industry trends. * Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * A motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent.
