Key Responsibilities

:

• Tenant Relations:
• Managing tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Handling tenant issues and resolving disputes.
• Enforcing lease agreements and property rules.
• Building positive relationships with residents.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Coordinating maintenance activities and repairs.
• Inspecting property conditions and identifying maintenance needs.
• Marketing and Leasing:
• Assisting with the leasing process, including tours and lease preparation.
• Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.
• Financial Management:
• Assisting with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintaining accurate tenant records and files.
• Preparing reports and documents.
• Managing the appointment schedule for visitors and potential residents.
• Customer Service:
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
• Addressing tenant needs and concerns promptly.
• Compliance:
• Ensuring compliance with housing laws and regulations.
• Adhering to fair housing policies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
