About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Used Vehicle Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences. * Provide information on available pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers. * Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences. * Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. * Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers. * Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. * Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers. * Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
