Sales & Leasing Coordinator - New Equipment Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment? We're looking for a Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support our sales team and play a key role in our growing business. If you're organized, customer-focused, and love working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly -- we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Manage the entire leasing process -- from credit approval and quote requests to documentation and funding * Coordinate off-lease processing and related administrative tasks * Oversee booking, order placement, order tracking, billing, commissions , and customer surveys * Process Dock & Door service calls and quoted jobs * Manage catalog and racking orders What We 're Looking For: * A problem-solver with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Excellent communication skills -- verbal (especially phone), written, and interpersonal * Solid administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus * A customer service mindset and a team-oriented attitude * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy setting * An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus, but equivalent work experience will be considered * Experience in business, administration, or finance is preferred; billing experience is a plus We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
