Growing title insurance agency licensed to operate throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania with experienced sales staff and seeking candidates for various in-person roles within company located in Philadelphia or South Jersey. Administrator, Clerical and/or Title Roles could include but are not limited to the tasks listed below: - Greeting, guiding or assisting clients and consumers - Assisting in maintaining the office environment for a great customer experience - Handling client, agent and lender communications (phone or email) - General data entry, filing, scanning, copying, document generation, emailing, etc. - Order entry and reviewing commitments/binders for clearing matters - Speaking to conveyancers, processors, lenders, payoff lenders, agents, sellers, municipals, et al., in order to obtain necessary documentation to clear title - Responsible for marking tasks and clearing file for settlement and assisting in delegated tasks from file coordinator or management - Handling file timeline from order entry through settlement and delegating file tasks to clear title and get transaction to closing - Coordinate settlement and lender docs for closing - Accept signed documents and process executed package and obtain funding approval - Balance file and send for disbursement - Assist with post-closing matters as they arise - Additional tasks as requested or required by management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person
