Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team at Protech Home Exteriors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the roofing idustry. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Engage with potential clients through cold calling and lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct inspections and educate clients on roofing options, guiding them through the sales process.
• Prepare accurate estimates and close sales with a customer-first approach.
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market trends and customer feedback, contributing to product enhancements.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, 2 years experience needed.
• Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to client locations.
