Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative at Dcenti Tire Inc., you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of wholesale tires. Your key responsibilities will include: * Actively seek out new sales opportunities through strategic methods such as cold calling, networking events, and leveraging social media platforms. * Present, promote, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services to both existing and potential customers. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction. * Establish, develop, and nurture positive and long-lasting business relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. * Work towards and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and objectives within the designated timeline. * Collaborate closely with fellow team members and cross-functional departments to optimize sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Conduct in-depth analysis of the territory and market potential, keeping meticulous track of sales progress, and providing regular status reports. Qualifications: * Bilingual proficiency in English is required, Spanish is prefered. * Proven track record in a Sales Associate or similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales principles and practices. * Ability to travel (as needed) to develop and maintain client relationships. * Technical sales knowledge is highly preferred, showcasing an understanding of the tire industry and related products. * Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
