Key Sales Enrollment Representative Responsibilities: * Connect with customers in person to assess their requirements and provide customized recommendations to drive sales. * Partner with the outreach and sales team to identify and educate eligible customers, ensuring a seamless enrollment sales process. * Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations for their homes. * Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. * Facilitate the full signup process for new customers. * Attend daily sales meetings and occasional webinars to stay informed and aligned with team goals. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging referrals and repeat business. * Stay informed on competitor offerings to provide customers with the best options. Qualifications Sales Enrollment Representative: * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers. * Strong presentation skills, particularly in in-person interactions. * Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers in assigned territories. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. * A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for gaining new skills. * Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and communication styles. * Basic understanding of sales metrics and a results-oriented mindset. * A professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers. * Reliable transportation to our office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
