We are a leading property management company with over 26k units through the east coast. We are seeking to hire an awesome Property Managers for a 68 unit affordable property. The ideal candidate will manage operations, leasing activity, financial reporting and communications for their assigned residential property. You must have affordable property management experience in LIHTC, HUD and local subsidies to be considered. Experience in facilities and maintenance a plus! • Manage day-to-day operations
• Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team
• Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities
• Manage and monitor rental collection
• Mentor and manage property staff
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations
• All other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 3-5 years LIHTC / HUD Experience.
• Must have a strong working knowledge with LIHTC program to be able to hit the ground running!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Word and Excel experience a must
• Working knowledge of RealPage a plus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,760.00 - $49,920.00 per year
