We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Automotive Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Customer Engagement: * Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls for prospective customers. * Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a positive experience. 2. Lead Management: * Manage and follow up on leads generated through various online sources and phone calls. * Engage with prospects in a manner that encourages them to connect and do business with us. 3. Appointment Scheduling: * Schedule appointments for sales customers at our dealerships * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups. Product Knowledge: * Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends. * Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns. CRM Utilization: * Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools. * Excellent computer skills are a must. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
