External LTC Marketer Liaison

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Increasing patient referral flow to our facility by building relationships with physicians, Case managers, Hospital staff, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Coordinate marketing events and initiatives.
• Market to and build relationships with a variety of referral resources to offer services across multiple patient populations.

Qualifications

:

• 2-3 years sales experience
• Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service needs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Reliable transportation, travel required
