External LTC Marketer Liaison Duties and Responsibilities: * Increasing patient referral flow to our facility by building relationships with physicians, Case managers, Hospital staff, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. * Communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. * Coordinate marketing events and initiatives. * Market to and build relationships with a variety of referral resources to offer services across multiple patient populations. Qualifications: * 2-3 years sales experience * Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service needs * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills * Reliable transportation, travel required
