Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential apartment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management. This role requires effective communication, conflict management, and the ability to enhance tenant satisfaction while maintaining the property's integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, and work orders.
• Utilize Appfolio for tracking maintenance requests.
• Conduct property tours and upsell available units to prospective tenants. Hold Open Houses and showings. Once prospective tenant applies, will review and verify all applicant items
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate files for each tenant, including lease agreements and correspondence.
• Oversee facilities management to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards. Clean property during work hours
• Compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure timely resolution of repair requests.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and tenant feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants, office staff, and vendors.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficient in using property management software, Appfolio
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining tenant files and records.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing tenant satisfaction.
• must live on- site in provided apartment

• discount on apartment (1/3rd off rent)
