Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Professionally conduct canvassing in assigned residential areas to generate leads. * Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to address customer questions and provide detailed, personalized solar proposals. * Participate in training and team meetings : Enhance your industry knowledge and earning potential through team building and mentorship. * Team Player: Maintain a positive ATTITUDE to uplift your team to all reach their individual And team goals. * Performance Tracking: Track and monitor your performance against company metrics to ensure goals are met. Qualifications: * Prior sales experience preferred, If not we require you to be coachable with a desire to learn new skillsets to ensure yourself rapid growth and success within this opportunity. * 18 years or older. * Willing to commit to becoming the best YOU in all aspects.
