Full description of the position

* Please note all interviews are held in person at API's corporate office in Irvine, CA - Applicants must be available to work on the weekends. Established property management company is seeking a Part-Time Roving - Leasing Agent for properties located within Los Angeles and Orange County. Must have experience in customer service and sales, a leasing background a plus. Applicants must have reliable transportation and available to work on the weekends, this is a flex schedule with days changing weekly depending on property needs. Part Time Compensation includes leasing bonuses and paid mileage. Responsibilities: * Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units. * Following up on leads for potential renters. * Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations. * Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees. * Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues. * Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service. * Keeping an eye on community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms.
