F.W. Webb, Northeast's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our Piscataway, NJ location. Responsibilities: * Develop and grow sales with existing accounts as well as new accounts. * Identify barriers of opportunity * Call on customers on a regular basis * Maintain awareness of competitor activity * Work with inside sales and other branch personnel to meet customer needs * Complete required reporting such as scheduling, target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc. * Work with principals to exceed sales goals * Become a technical expert within the defined territory for principal products * Assist service team when required Qualifications: * Prior industry sales experience preferred * Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently * Strong presentation skills * Excellent follow through * Must be proficient at use of Excel and Word * Ability to multi-task, and participate in solving technically challenging situations. * Must exhibit superior customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
