Full description of the position

This role is a key contributor position focused on driving occupancy and revenue through outside sales efforts. This is on-site position based at Woven Workspace. * Market, promote and sell all Woven workspace. * Respond quickly and professionally to clients' needs while adhering to established procedures for business * Develop a Business Plan based on anticipated business * Initiate and maintain Account Profile for all accounts * On a regular basis, meet with Market President to review the status of each account * Maintain key KPIs * Other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Experience: * 4-year degree, concentration in Sales or Design preferred * 2-5 years of sales experience * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required * Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills * Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability * Good organizational, time management, customer service, and problem solving skills * Ability to read and understand floor plans, and other related technical drawings * Exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgement Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
