Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our hail dent sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships in order to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for restoration, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outside or door to door sales strategies. * Build strong relationships with clients through customer service. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with the inside management team to develop strategies for business development and maximize overall sales performance. * Utilize Spotio or similar field sales software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the marketplace. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a related field such as retail sales or roofing sales. * Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful business development. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
