Responsibilities

:

• Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them
• Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale
• Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs
• Troubleshoot phones
• Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out We'll also count on you to support your team by;
• Keep the store looking its best with daily housekeeping
• Keeping updated on current plans and promotions.
• Promote outdoor marketing
