Join Our Team as a Field Marketing & Sales Associate! Are you outgoing, energetic, and love meeting new people? This isn't your typical desk job--you'll be out in the field, bringing our brand to life, engaging with residents, and pitching partnership programs to local businesses. If you're a go-getter who loves independence, enjoys talking to people, and has a knack for marketing, this role is for you! What You 'll Be Doing:

• Hit the streets! Visit designated neighborhoods and businesses to distribute marketing materials (door hangers, flyers, brochures--you name it!).
• Be the face of our brand. Share our story, answer questions, and connect with people in the community.
• Engage with local businesses. Pitch our partnership programs and create meaningful connections.
• Represent us at events. Be a brand ambassador at community gatherings and industry functions.
• Stay organized. Track your visits, interactions, and report daily progress to the team.
• Keep it professional. Maintain a friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable presence while interacting with residents and business owners. What We 're Looking For:

• Energetic & motivated - You love being on the move and working independently.
• Physically active - Walking, standing, and carrying materials? No problem!
• Detail-oriented & organized - You keep track of your visits and stay on top of your tasks.
