Triumph Management is looking for a full time, on-site Property Business Manager for our 136-unit apartment community in Palm Springs, CA. The potential candidate must be detailed oriented and have strong customer service skills. In addition, this position requires one to be pro-active and self-motivated. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administrative duties: preparing legal documents, processing computer reports, data input, collections, vendor relations. * Managing staff, facilitating work orders. * Ability to enthusiastically market units. * Monitoring property for safety concerns. * Move in, Pre-Move Out, and final Move Out inspections. * Coordination & execution of community activities. * Applicant screenings. QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent leasing skills. * 3 years relevant - apartment community management, supervising a staff, promoting teamwork. * Knowledge of legal notice system and appearing in unlawful detainer cases. * An ability to handle resident issues in a professional manner. * Yardi knowledge a must. * Effective communication in both written and oral form. * Detailed and attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to communicate professionally. * Strong customer service skills. * Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. * Proof of Valid Car Insurance. * We promote a drug free environment, and all candidates must pass both Drug/Background screening.
