We are seeking an experienced and proven Assistant Property Manager for The Ravine Apartment homes community in Lafayette, Indiana. Duties include: * Assist and support Property Manager/Regional in all aspects of leasing policies. * Greet prospects, provide tours and qualify by covering all criteria. * Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. * Update availability report, process applications for approvals. Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status. * Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date. * Answer phones, enter service requests and respond to inquires. * Follow up with prospects. * Assist management team with other various tasks as required. * Consistently implement policies of the community. * Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. Candidates MUST have a friendly and positive can-do attitude as well as excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm is essential. Qualifications: Customer service experience and administrative experience preferred. Attitude that will encourage positive morale, great hospitality, and exceptional customer service.
