Job Description Our Staffing agency has an immediate opening for a Business Development Rep within our General Labor division. The ideal candidate may have prior experience working in the staffing industry or B2B, but it is NOT a requirement. Compensation This is a 100% commission only role to start. Hit your goal and we will offer a full time salaried package of $50k plus huge commissions and bonuses. Key Responsibilities: *Recommend and develop target clients; *Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships with a variety of clients; *Manage accounts by working with our top notch recruitment teams to provide your clients with exceptional candidates for their needs. *Understand the needs of your clients and align them with our services, while effectively communicating those needs to the team. *Contribute to the overall team environment by sharing best practices and accomplishing goals. Qualifications: *A minimum of 1 year new business development experience or sales experience is an asset. *Proven ability to develop new accounts. *Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
