Job Description

Our Staffing agency has an immediate opening for a Business Development Rep within our General Labor division. The ideal candidate may have prior experience working in the staffing industry or B2B, but it is NOT a requirement.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission only role to start. Hit your goal and we will offer a full time salaried package of $50k plus huge commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Recommend and develop target clients;
• Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships with a variety of clients;
• Manage accounts by working with our top notch recruitment teams to provide your clients with exceptional candidates for their needs.
• Understand the needs of your clients and align them with our services, while effectively communicating those needs to the team.
• Contribute to the overall team environment by sharing best practices and accomplishing goals.

Qualifications

:

• A minimum of 1 year new business development experience or sales experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
