THE POSITION: Responsibilities * Customer lead generation * Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead * Coordinate with technician for same-day installation * Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service * Increase sales skills and experience through attending team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record Qualifications * Must be able to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate * Experience with phone sales, B2C, and a one-time close a plus * High sense of business ethics * Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face-to-face customer interaction * Resilience, able to take feedback in stride * Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization * Strong work ethic COMPENSATION * Uncapped commissions: average salary $4K - $10K+/month * Incentive based Company Vacations * Production and growth bonuses
