Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while analyzing clients' insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for outside sales. Duties * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits. * Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure mutual satisfaction between the client and the company. * Conduct retail sales presentations to educate potential clients about various insurance products. * Assist with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy selections. * Market insurance products through various channels, including networking events and community outreach. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Ability to analyze complex information and present it in an understandable manner. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity. * Knowledge of benefits administration is desirable but not required.
