Hylunia & Hymed are leading brands in clean beauty, anti-aging, anti- inflammatory, and post-laser skincare used by professionals and the public across the country. We're looking for someone outgoing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships and wants to grow with a mission-driven skincare company. What You 'll Be Doing

• Supporting our professional wholesale and retail clients with orders, email replies, and follow-ups
• Reaching out to new med spas, estheticians, and clinics to introduce our products
• Helping new accounts get started and feel supported
• Working with our marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• This position is based in our Henderson, NV office -- Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. (We are emphasizing full in-office participation to maintain accountability and team collaboration.)

Compensation

& Commission

• Base Salary Range: $30,000 - $36,000/year depending on experience
• Commission Structure:
• 10% commission on the first order from each newly opened account
• 5% commission on all additional orders from that account during their first year Example: If you open 10 new accounts that each order $1,000/month, you could earn over $12,000 in commissions in year one--in addition to your base salary.

• Someone genuinely outgoing, confident on the phone, and naturally personable
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple leads, orders, and follow-ups
• Comfortable using email, basic CRM systems, and spreadsheets
• Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• A passion for skincare and wellness is a must Preferred Background A college degree isn't required, but experience in skincare, wellness, or beauty is highly preferred. Some examples of the types of backgrounds that are a great fit for this role include:
• Estheticians or former spa and medical professionals who want to move into a sales or office-based role
• Sales associates from beauty retailers like Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's, or clean beauty boutiques
• Experience working at or selling to med spas, plastic surgery clinics, dermatology practices, or wellness centers
• Former brand reps, inside sales associates, or anyone who understands skincare and professional product lines
