Are you passionate about real estate and love helping clients showcase their homes in the best light? We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Listing Specialist to join our high-performing real estate team. If you're organized, confident with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! What You'll Do: * Manage the entire listing process from signed agreement to going live on the market * Conduct listing consultations and guide sellers through the process * Coordinate photography, staging, home preparation, and marketing materials * Input and manage listings in the MLS and other platforms with accuracy and attention to detail * Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a smooth experience * Track timelines and ensure listing deadlines are met * Support the team in pricing strategies and listing presentations as needed Requirements: * Active North Carolina Real Estate License * Experience in real estate, listings, or client services preferred * Strong organizational and time management skills * Tech-savvy with CRM and MLS systems (experience with [your systems, like FollowUp Boss, Canva, etc.], is a plus!) * Excellent written and verbal communication * A client-first mindset and a proactive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
