Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance sales within the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
• Administer benefits programs and provide clients with comprehensive information regarding their options.
• Conduct outside sales activities to promote agency services and expand the client base.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure their needs are met while adhering to company policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate information to clients. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
