Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Be the expert. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology * Perform high-quality and professional product demonstrations including the use of online communication tools (video, Facetime, Zoom, etc.) * Send email and text communication * Create and send video content * Make phone calls * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis Qualifications: * Available to work evenings & weekends * Must understand the culture of a luxury environment * Drive for financial rewards * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance * Clean driving record * Applicants must be comfortable with technology
