We are currently looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Chester, NY yard. What You 'll Do As a Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Unilock--helping customers, both retail and contractors, with expert product support and exceptional service: * Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in person and over the phone * Support customers with product selection, order entry, and design calculations (e.g., square footage) * Prepare and load product samples into customer vehicles * Process payments accurately via check or credit card and reconcile end-of-day transactions * Confirm and process customer orders for invoicing and delivery * Assist with verifying trailer loads to ensure order accuracy before shipment * Safely operate an industrial forklift to assist with customer order loading using e-tablet technology * Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and annual yard inventory What You 'll Bring * A passion for exceptional customer service and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer questions confidently * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort using tablets or handheld tech * Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Ability to read shipping documents and perform basic math * Ability to visually distinguish product colors, blends, and configurations * Physical ability to stand, reach, and lift to 30 lbs * A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a positive and professional attitude * Reliable attendance and commitment to team success Why Join Unilock?
