Wine Sales Representative (Las Vegas, NV) Type: Contract-to-Hire | Territory: Las Vegas, NV Take ownership of a growing market, backed by a portfolio of premium wines and a company built on authenticity, partnership, and opportunity. We're looking for a seasoned wine sales professional to lead growth in our Las Vegas territory. This is a contract-to-hire position: * First 90 Days: Independent contractor (1099), commission-only * After 90 Days: Full-time W2 employment with base salary, tiered commission, and full benefits for those who demonstrate strong performance and cultural fit This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives independently but also values being part of a thoughtful, growing team. What You'll Do * Open and develop new on-premise and retail accounts * Build lasting relationships with key buyers * Present and position a curated portfolio of domestic and imported wines * Communicate consistently with leadership and internal teams * Participate in weekly sales trainings and monthly team meetings * Represent Copa Fina with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity About Copa Fina Founded in 2009, Copa Fina is a boutique importer and distributor specializing in artisanal, family-owned wineries.
