Well Paid Salesperson at busy car wash. Base pay is $15/ hr plus $5 for every sale you make. Coming into the busy season you can expect to sell about 1 an hour. We are seeking someone with proven sales and that has excellent customer service skills. This position is outdoors and candidates should expect to be outside and standing 8 hours a day. Essential Functions

:

• Present, promote and sell membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
• WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE by being friendly and courteous
• Promote our membership packages to obtain sales and commissions
• Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness
• Follow all Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations WHAT YOU NEED
