Inside Sales Representative - AnyDay Heating & Cooling Garner, NC Full-Time Sales & Collections Purpose Statement At AnyDay Heating & Cooling, we believe every conversation is an opportunity to create comfort and trust. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction by following up with potential clients, helping homeowners make informed HVAC decisions, and ensuring all completed jobs are closed out financially. This role bridges service and success--connecting with people, resolving balances, and moving leads to action. If you're someone who thrives in a fast- paced, people-focused environment, we'd love to talk. Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative handles both lead follow-up and open invoice outreach. You'll contact inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources, support the sales team in booking consultations, and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices for both service and equipment jobs. You'll work hand-in-hand with our service, install, and accounting teams to keep revenue flowing, customers satisfied, and communication seamless. Key Responsibilities * Follow up on open invoices from completed service calls and equipment installs. * Contact customers with outstanding balances to provide payment reminders, address concerns, and collect. * Partner with accounting to reconcile invoices and escalate unresolved payment issues. * Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, ServiceTitan, tech referrals, and online forms. * Educate customers on system replacement options, indoor air quality, and maintenance memberships. * Schedule in-home or virtual consultations with Sales Technicians. * Generate and send proposals, estimates, and membership options. * Log every customer interaction and follow-up step in ServiceTitan and internal CRM tools. * Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI goals (calls, bookings, collections). * Support the Advantage Plan Champion with upsells and membership renewals. What Success Looks Like * 95%+ of open invoices resolved within 10 business days * High conversion rate from lead follow-up to consultation * Clear and timely communication across customers & internal teams * Consistent achievement of KPI goals in both sales and collections * Strong representation of AnyDay's brand and core values Skills & Experience * 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or collections (HVAC/home services is a plus) * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling payment conversations * Strong multitasking and organization skills * Tech savvy - ServiceTitan or CRM experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication Schedule & Compensation * Full-time | Monday-Friday * $17/hour + commissions for closed sales * Bonus structure for collections performance * Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Why Join AnyDay?
