Now accepting resumes for a professional Leasing Consultant. If you have experience in apartment leasing and you have a proven track record in sales, customer service or hospitality, are a quick learner with a desire to expand your skills, you may be a perfect fit! Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and understanding of Fair Housing laws. We provide unparalleled apartments, awesome amenities and outstanding customer service. The main focus of this position is touring the property and apartments with prospective residents; assisting in the processing of applications; preparing move-in documents; submit work orders and providing outstanding customer service to our current residents and prospective residents. Apartment industry experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work Monday to Friday with Saturday requirements.
