The ideal candidate will harness the power of the internet to drive sales, engage with potential customers online, and help modernize our sales approach. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, Finance Manager, or BDC Manager are encouraged to apply. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Collaborate with the sales team to drive online sales strategies. * Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life * Understand and showcase vehicle features and benefits during online interactions. * Stay updated with the latest online marketing techniques. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Direct report to the Internet Sales Director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses * Follow up on all Internet Leads * Qualifications: * Must have automotive expeirence with Eleads CRM and CDK DMS * Available to work evenings & weekends * Drive for financial rewards * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance * Able to obtain sales license * Must pass pre-employment drug test (including cannabis) * Clean driving record
