Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other industry professionals to grow sales, increase market share, and meet revenue goals. This position combines your knowledge of plumbing products with a passion for customer service and the drive to achieve sales excellence. Qualifications: * Experience in Outside sales, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or fire suppression industry. (required) * High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus. * Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, supplies, and related products is highly desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly. The right individual will be an experienced Outside Sales Representative with the ability to exercise exceptional judgement and candor in all situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with a proven ability to work independently. They excel and love to work in a very fast-paced environment, can thrive under pressure, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
