Job Title: Commercial Property Manager Salary: $70,000 base salary + commissions (potential earnings up to $100,000)

About the Role

: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee the leasing, maintenance, and management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This primarily in-office role includes frequent on-site visits to ensure high standards of tenant satisfaction, property upkeep, and vendor performance. You will lead leasing efforts, coordinate property maintenance, and manage tenant relationships, while playing a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, and project management. Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle all tenant correspondence, move-ins/outs, and lease documentation
• Prepare lease abstracts and track tenant delinquencies and aging reports
• Coordinate work orders and improvement projects with vendors and tenants
• Prepare annual budgets, CAM charges, tax assessments, and billing adjustments
• Process tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, HVAC, and other services
• Monitor vendor and tenant insurance compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections with janitorial and service providers
• Oversee and assist with capital improvements and tenant improvement (TI) projects
• Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships
• Be available 24/7 for emergency situations or natural disasters requiring on-site support Required Experience & Skills:
• 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience
• 1-3 years as a Commercial Property Manager or Leasing Agent
• Valid California Real Estate License
• RPA or CPM designation preferred
• Strong understanding of property finance and building operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Building Engines, and related platforms
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Clean driving record (use of company vehicle required) Education:
