Hill-Kelly is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, developing sales pipelines, and converting prospects into customers by setting sales appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to earn commission based on personal performance of generating leads to sales

Duties

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous lead generation - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders - Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

Job Description

:

• Acquire inbound internet leads and phone calls.
• Prospecting/ Business Development.
• Contacting customer through email, phone, and text with scheduled follow ups.
• Using CRM system daily. Learning product knowledge.
• Working with sales representative and management to close deals.
• Scheduling & confirming sales appointments.
• Converting service customers to new sales.
• Daily training

Requirements

: EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE SALES OR AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET SALES PREFERRED! Phone or face-to-face sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills are required as 90% of your day will be spent on the phone. You must be dependable, have basic computer skills, a strong work ethic, great time management and organizational skills. Hourly plus commission Competitive
