Job Summary: Functional Distro Co. is looking for a talented Business Development Representative to be part of our Sales Team. The Business Development Representative will be solely responsible for sales and distribution of products within our portfolio of brands. * Meet key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on sales and distribution. * Responsible for increasing distribution and volume in key on/off premise accounts. * Participate in team sales events and meetings * Improve velocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution, displaying POS items, educating retail employees, sampling, and securing features. * Merchandise product sections, maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product.
