Salary: $25000.00 - $40000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule weekly team meeting home work life balance business casual monthly bonus oppurtunities paid holdays * Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Develop new Financial Services opportunities. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Requirements Licensed preferred and willing to train. Licensing assistance available. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
