Salary: $37000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Paid Time Off (PTO) * Responsibilities Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients through networking and outreach to discuss their business insurance needs. Consultative Sales: Provide detailed consultations to businesses, explaining coverage options and customizing insurance plans to meet their unique requirements. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Lead Generation: Actively participate in seminars and industry events to generate leads and expand the client base. Policy Renewal: Manage policy renewals, addressing client concerns and negotiating terms as necessary. Market Analysis: Stay informed on the latest market trends, competitive products, and industry regulations to better serve clients. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an insurance sales role, ideally focusing on business insurance products. Licensing: Active Nevada insurance license is required. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Must speak English and Spanish. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of business clients. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective insurance solutions.
