Senior Local Account Executive - OOH Ad Sales (Las Vegas, NV)

• Drive advertising sales for premium digital marquees and static placements along the Las Vegas Strip, including high-visibility hotel marquees, pedestrian towers, and select custom activations.
• Focus on securing long-term and short-term ad placements from local Las Vegas advertisers, including entertainment properties, restaurants, and retail.
• Cultivate and expand a book of business through proactive outreach, relationship management, and strategic prospecting.
• Develop and deliver compelling media proposals tailored to clients' marketing objectives, leveraging deep knowledge of Las Vegas visitor trends and consumer behavior.
• Work closely with our marketing team to refine sales materials and promotional strategies that enhance client engagement.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach, ensuring clients maximize their campaign impact across our high-traffic OOH inventory.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth while maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on Las Vegas events, tourism trends, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging advertising opportunities.
• Attend key industry events, networking opportunities, and entertainment activations to foster connections and drive business development. What We 're Looking For:
• 5+ years of proven experience selling OOH advertising space to the Las Vegas Tourist Corridor--deep familiarity with the market is a must.
• Established network within the Las Vegas advertising, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong ability to balance both new business development and account management.
• Skilled in media planning, proposal development, and consultative selling.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with decision-makers and long-term clients.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative but fast-paced, results-driven environment. What We Offer:
