Job Summary We are a forward-thinking clean energy company committed to expanding access to renewable power through innovative community solar programs. We are seeking a passionate, driven Community Solar Advocate to join our growing team and help drive the adoption of solar energy through education, outreach, and customer engagement. Responsibilities: * Manage assigned territories and generate sales through direct customer outreach. * Educate homeowners about the local community programs and assess their needs. * Conduct on-the-spot energy assessments and provide information that is of benefit to the homeowner and community * Set appointments and manage customer relationships for referrals and repeat business. * Work independently to hit sales targets and maximize commissions. * Stay informed about industry trends, new available options, and available opportunities each specific homeowner may have to their benefit. Requirements: * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed. * Comfortable working in an outside sales environment. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories.
