FULL TIME Retail Sales Repair Coordinator Job at CPR Cell Phone Repair Boston Downtown, MA CPR Cell Phone Repair is the largest network for Cell Phone and Device Repair with over 515 stores nationwide. To qualify: You must have 1 year phone repair experience, and some prior sales and customer service experience. We are seeking talented technicians with the right attitude, a mindset for growth, a love for technology and strong attention to detail and problem solving. All Repair Technician hires undergo an assessment period of 2-3 months to ensure the position is the right fit before full time employment is extended. During the assessment period you will need to demonstrate the ability to learn and execute repair jobs, thrive in a fast paced environment, manage work flow and maintain a clean and efficient work environment. This technician position, the hire can move between 2 locations: Back Bay and Downtown Crossing as needed. Skill Requirements - $17.00 - $25.00 per hour * Diagnose common cell phone repair device hardware and software issues * Provide repair consultation to customers * Continue to learn and update repair knowledge for new devices, including: Smartphones,, computers, game consoles and drones * Prioritize workflow and manage time for repair projects * Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment * Manage parts inventory, order parts and update repair work system * Provide excellent customer service * Communicate technical information in simple terms to customers * Work on the sales floor if needed Schedule * 8 hour shift * Weekends maybe required Experience - Cell Phone Repair: 1 year (Required)
