Duties

vary but include good phone skills, scheduling appointments, processing move-ins, move-outs, Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, experience working with Property Management Software (Appfolio preferred), rent collection, evictions, property inspections, annual inspections and showing properties. Strong customer service skills, time management and resident conflict resolution/communication skills are a must. We desire a person who is very organized, dedicated and has the ability to multi-task. Team Bonus' monthly. Business mileage reimbursed. Prior property management experience preferred.
