NEW HOME SALES New home salesperson needed for communities in Metro Phoenix locations. Here are the requirements:

• Must be able to demonstrate a history of success in new home site sales and an ability to close.
• Must have an active, current Arizona Real Estate license. Sorry, no exceptions. If you are hired for this opportunity, you will be required to transfer your license to our company.
• If you are hired for a specific community, you will be based solely in that development. We do not rotate sales persons to other communities.
• Our sales teams are not selling on a competitive floor. You are paid the full commission on EVERY SALE in your community.
• Must be willing to work 5 days per week including every weekend. This is a full-time position.
• Must possess a robust understanding of mortgage financing, builder incentive programs and their applications in a tight market.
• Must have excellent computer, organizational and communication skills.
• We're looking for proven closing skills.
• Must be willing to learn our proprietary software, systems and sales approach.
• Must have prior new home site sales experience. If you've never sold for a home builder on site, then you don't have the experience we are seeking. Preference is given to those that can demonstrate a history of success with a home builder.
• Must be willing to start soon.
• Must be reliable and prompt. A non-recoverable draw is available for the first 2 months. We're serious about hiring, so please apply only if you meet the requirements and can start within 30 days. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
