Full description of the position
Summary: As an Outside Industrial Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our service lines, which include field machining, Industrial leak repair, heat treating services, hot taps & line stops and more. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Minimum Qualifications: * A College degree is preferred, relative experience acceptable * 5 years' minimum experience of B2B industrial sales * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals * The ability to be a self-starter and self-motivator is a must * Outside sales territory organization and time-management experience is required * Proficiency in CRM software, familiarity with ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bilingual in Spanish is a highly preferred skill. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to: * Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales goals, proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client accounts. - Generate demand for the complete Millennium service offering utilizing a hunting and closing attitude with the goal of achieving high territory growth - Solicitation of new customers while also expanding new business opportunities within existing accounts - Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships to become a "trusted advisor" for the Millennium service portfolio - Gain access to all segments and levels within accounts (high and wide method) - Use of consultative sales method to actively listen, understand client requirements, and offer solutions based on their needs - Utilize value added sales techniques to create need, sell on value, and close sales * Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industrial services, including their technical specifications and applications, as well as market services at industry events and trade shows. * Market Analysis: Stay informed and identify industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights to the sales team and management. * Technical Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the appropriate industrial services for their specific needs by offering technical advice and solutions. * Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring they meet their technical requirements and budget constraints. * Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using the company's CRM system.
