Summary As a Sales Associate at 2nd STREET USA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique selection of second-hand clothing. This position is essential to our mission of offering valuable fashion choices while supporting environmental sustainability. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience. * Assist customers with product selection and upsell additional items when appropriate. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Maintain store organization and cleanliness to create an inviting atmosphere. * Participate in product demonstrations and promotions to enhance customer engagement. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain inventory levels. Requirements * Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service. * Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts. * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Experience with upselling techniques is preferred.
